Nicholas Morrow, M.D., CMD
President and CEO
Doctor Morrow is a north Georgia native. He served six years of active duty in the United States Army. After returning home, he attended Berry College in Rome, Georgia, and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s in animal science and minors in biology, chemistry, and business. He graduated from Mercer University School of Medicine, located in Macon, Georgia in 2017 as a Nathan Deal Scholar. He completed residency in family practice at Floyd Medical Center located in Rome, Georgia. Doctor Morrow is a Certified Medical Director through The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. He has been an attending physician with Senior Medical Systems since 2020 and is now its president and CEO. When he is not at work he enjoys the outdoors with his wife and two sons.
Jessica K. Morrow, Esq.
COO and General Counsel
Jesse was born and raised in Cartersville, Georgia. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in government from Berry College in Rome, Georgia in 2013. After graduating from Berry, she attended law school at Mercer University, graduating with her Juris Doctor in 2016. Her bar admissions include the State of Georgia (2016), the U.S. District Court Northern District of Georgia (2017), the Georgia Court of Appeals (2017) and the Supreme Court of Georgia (2017). In 2022, Jesse joined her husband, Doctor Morrow, to manage the daily and legal operations of Senior Medical Systems. In her free time she enjoys spending time outside with her family.
Autumn Sutton, MSN, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Autumn is from northwest Georgia. She received her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2017. Prior to that, she attained her Bachelor of Nursing from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia, and worked in various hospital settings including outpatient surgery, med-surgical floor, and ICU. She has also worked in a skilled nursing and rehab center as unit manager prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. She has been in long-term care facilities as a nurse practitioner since 2020. She has been with Senior Medical Systems since 2021. She loves the population she treats and strives to make them feel important, while also giving them the quality care and attention they deserve.
Donna Armer
Practice Manager
Donna feels blessed to have worked with the founders of Senior Medical Systems in multiple capacities. She has been an office nurse, office manager, nurse practitioner, and now the practice manager for Senior Medical Systems under the leadership of Nicholas Morrow, MD.
Susan Gossett
Office Manager
Susan attended Coosa Valley Technical College in Rome, Georgia, and has worked with Senior Medical Systems since 2016. Her hobbies include sewing, crocheting, and spending time with her family.
Kenya Cordell
Medical Scribe
Kenya began working in the medical field as a secretary and tech in the emergency department. She eventually went on to receive her Medical Assistant Certification and has been working with Senior Medical Systems since 2022. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and son.
Carsyn Wilkey
Medical Scribe
Carsyn was born and raised in Cartersville, Georgia. In 2023, she graduated from the University of West Georgia with a major in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. That same year, she joined the Senior Medical Systems team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and traveling.
